The Carbon Fly 3.0 Turbo pairs supercritical foam with a high-stiffness carbon plate at about 165g, lighter than most super shoes from the big Western brands.
It suits racing from 10K to the marathon for runners who want a light, responsive shoe. The Carbon Fly 4.0 is BMAI's newer racer, with a T1000 plate.
